More than Medicine
Family medicine physicians embrace a holistic philosophy of healthcare that places equal emphasis on treating medical conditions and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices. Many times, the physician will be the primary caregiver for everyone in the family.
The Family Medicine offices are located within the Family Health Center and serve as the clinical facility for the Bayfront Family Practice Residency program. Physicians pursuing further training in family practice care for patients, and are supported by the residency’s faculty physicians. Faculty members are board-certified in family medicine, internal medicine or pediatrics.
